  Why use manure?  

Manure may not smell that pleasant but it is very good for your garden. Keen gardeners rely of manure for the fertility of their garden throughout the growing season so if you are looking for a tip top outdoor space then it is advised that you purchase some from your local garden store or even from a supermarket which stocks it.

If you choose to use cow manure and live close to a farm then you may be able to get your hands on some for free providing you can transport it easily. Cow manure is one of the most popular types of manures used and will help to keep your garden in good shape. Cow manure has the ability to successfully retain water making it very effective in the helping its fertility.
 

You may also want to consider Horse manure and is a good source of nutrients for a garden. Look at the type of area you live in and decide which is more accessible, you may be able to contact a stable and work a deal out with the management.

Keep in mind that when horse manure is used, select a stable that contains straw or peat in order to avoid any plant disease which could be very harmful to gardens that are organic. Animal manure is considered the best kind to use in your garden and it can mixed with soil. Make sure that you do not put fresh manure directly onto budding or young shoots in order to avoid any burning.
